PRIVACY POLICY

Marco Magaraggia, VAT no. IT03201760752, e-mail info@studiolegalemagaraggia.it, with registered office in Lecce, Corte dei Petraroli 2, acting as Data Controller pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), considers privacy and the protection of Personal Data to be a fundamental element of his professional activity.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
Personal Data provided by the User are processed lawfully and fairly for the provision of requested services or to respond to inquiries, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. Provision of data is optional; however, failure to provide such data may prevent the delivery of the requested services.

Categories of Data Processed
The voluntary sending of messages to info@studiolegalemagaraggia.it and the completion of website forms involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact details and any Personal Data included in the communication, necessary to provide a response.

Processing Methods and Data Retention
Data are processed manually and electronically in compliance with Article 32 GDPR (security measures) by duly authorized persons pursuant to Article 29 GDPR. Personal Data are retained only for the time strictly necessary, in accordance with the principles of data minimization and storage limitation (Art. 5(1)(e) GDPR). Further information on retention periods may be requested from the Data Controller.

Communication of Data
Personal Data will not be disclosed and will be communicated only where necessary to:
a) professionals or firms providing accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial or debt collection services;
b) service providers necessary for service delivery (e.g., hosting providers);
c) public authorities or entities acting as independent Data Controllers where required by law or official order.

Data Transfers
Personal Data are not transferred to other EU Member States or to non-EU countries. Should such transfers occur in the future, appropriate legal safeguards will be ensured and communicated in advance.

Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. GDPR, the User may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and may withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7 GDPR). The User may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR and may object to processing under Art. 21 GDPR.

Requests must be submitted in writing to the Data Controller.
